Unfortunately all sales are final. If you are not satisfied with your order, please message us on our pages via Facebook messenger or Instagram @jademoonaesthetics and we will do our best to create a more enjoyable experience. 

Shipping

All of our products are handmade fresh bi-weekly. Orders are shipped out twice a week when supply and demand is low. Please allow 7-10 business days to receive your order in the mail. 

Is Jade Moon Aesthetics safe for children?

Making safe products for the whole house hold is our priority. Jade Moon Aesthetics started out for my daughter who suffers with really bad eczema, so the safety of children are always considered when products are created.

All of our products are all natural, vegan and free of parabens. 

Never received your package?

We are very sorry that you did not receive your package and strive to provide the best customer service. If you are in need of an order status or a reshipment, please contact us. We will look into your order, track your package, refund money, reship your order, and follow up with you to ensure that you are taken care of.
